1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 3-5 business days of your order,after the processing time and then take up to 5-7  business days to reach your doorstep for USA deliveries. We have many warehouses all over the world which means that you may receive multiple packages at different times.

2. What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from time of purchase received to be eligible for an refund. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full upon approval.

Email naturalbudgetingbeauty@gmail.com. You will be responsible for shipping the item back and paying for the shipping to be returned.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. Can I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours to cancel you order. After that you are not able to cancel your order and the return policy would apply.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You will be responsible for shipping it back and covering the shipping cost.

5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.
