You have 30 days from time of purchase received to be eligible for an refund. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full upon approval.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
